blonde.travel is my personal travel publication. I share first-hand experiences, photographs, research, and practical information to help readers plan journeys of their own. This page explains the limits of that information and how I disclose commercial relationships.
Travel information
I take care to make the information on blonde.travel accurate when it is published. Travel details can change, however, including prices, opening hours, timetables, entry requirements, safety conditions, and the services offered by hotels and other businesses. Please confirm anything important to your plans with the relevant hotel, operator, venue, transport company, or government authority before booking or travelling.
The site is intended for general information and inspiration. It is not medical, legal, financial, or safety advice. You remain responsible for your own decisions, bookings, insurance, visas, health and safety, and the suitability of any journey or service.
Reviews and opinions
Reviews and recommendations reflect my honest opinion, based on my experience and the information available when I wrote or updated the story. Travel is personal: a place or service that suited me may not suit every reader.

Open-source icons
The trip-purpose icons used on the Requisites page are adapted from OpenMoji Black. All emojis were designed by OpenMoji, the open-source emoji and icon project. I adjusted the SVGs to use the blonde.travel colour and a shared stroke weight. The adapted icons are licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0.
